Apply for a Lifeline (TEC)

Use this service to apply for a Technology Enabled Care (TEC) Lifeline alarm for a client. A Lifeline connects the client to a 24-hour monitoring centre at the press of a button.

before you start

You will need:

• The client's full name, address, and date of birth
• A contact phone number for the client
• details of at least one emergency responder (key holder)
• The name of the client's GP Surgery
• Information about the client's home and any relevant health or safety needs
